Welcome to Embracel. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and professional consulting services.

1. Services Offered
Embracel provides professional consulting services to help individuals and businesses identify and select optimal communication and technology solutions based on their specific needs.
Our services include needs assessment, solution analysis, and personalized guidance. All services are advisory in nature and do not involve the sale or fulfillment of physical products.
2. Service Fees
In many cases, our consulting services are provided free of charge, particularly when our guidance results in the use of services or products from one of our vetted business partners.
If a client chooses a provider or service that is not affiliated with Embracel, a consulting fee may apply.
Any fees will be disclosed to the client in advance and require the client’s agreement prior to scheduling a session.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Clients may cancel appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice.
In the rare cases where a fee is charged, a full refund is available if the cancellation is made in advance.
No refunds are issued once a paid consultation has been delivered.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information during consultations to enable us to deliver tailored recommendations. Embracel is not liable for decisions made by the client based on our advisory services.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our role is purely consultative. Embracel does not guarantee specific results and is not responsible for the performance or reliability of third-party services selected by the client.
